It's not that Italy is a centre of electronic music, but once every few months comes an album so interesting you can't ignore it. Being a part of this crime, Persona Records releases Andrea Sartori's Il Tagliacode; a micro-house album with foundations on Sartori's electroacoustic past. Its similarity to IDM and its jazzy improvisations are one thing, but what makes Il Tagliacode really unique is how it treats live drums, guitar, piano and other instruments. Not to be missed!
